Orders and prices

All prices are in Kenya shillings (KSh). An order is confirmed once your M-Pesa payment is received. Books are subject to availability, and we will contact you if a title is out of stock.

Payment

We accept payment by M-Pesa. You are responsible for entering the correct phone number at checkout.

Delivery and returns

Delivery fees and our returns policy are explained on the delivery and returns page.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the website.

Authors

Authors who list books agree to separate terms, which are shared with them when they join as an author.

Content

The books, covers, texts and logo on this site belong to Shamisi Publishers or to the authors concerned. Please don't copy them without permission.

Liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
